A medieval gold finger-ring with a square shaped pie-dish bezel. The cast band is narrow and plain, of lentoid section meeting a square bezel measuring 4.6mm by 4.2mm with bevelled lower and upper edges. The bezel is set with a dark green gem stone, possibly an emerald. The band of the hoop is flattened at each end where it meets the bezel, forming a trapezoidal shape with an incised line along its upper side. The upper side of the bezel is also lightly crimped to secure the stone, the bezel and crimped edge are torn on one side.

A Post-medieval gold posy ring probably mid to late 16th century which is a simple gold band posy ring with a broad band, a plain exterior and inscribed inside which is relatively rare with a brief sentiment ✶I✶LYKE✶MY✶CHOYCE. It would have been used as a lover's token, a wedding ring, or simply as a means of showing regard or giving a gift. A complete gold finger ring, of uncertain dating, but probably Post Medieval to Modern in dating (AD 1750 to AD 1900).
The finger ring has a flat rectangular sectioned hoop. The bezel is unusual, consisting of a concave recess, with an circular sectioned bar mounted above it. Domed terminals are present on either end of the bar. It is uncertain whether anything was mounted on or beneath the bar.
The finger ring has an external diameter of 20.89 mm, an internal diameter of 17.69 mm. The hoop has a maximum width of 3.18 mm and a maximum thickness of 2.03 mm. It weighs 3.8 grams.

Post medieval gold and gemstone finger ring, 21mm in diameter, and weighing 4.65grams. The ring has a circular sectioned loop and an ovoid shaped bezel which holds a rectangular cut pink stone. The stone is held in place by irregular edged gold foil and is flanked by raised crescentric edging. The bezel sits above a recessed area of the loop flanked by sub rectangular shaped shoulder terminals which are decorated with a foliate design in a raised border. The whole of this area is picked out in niello.

A small droplet of gold, with some scratching and pitting on either surface. The droplet is roughly sub-rectangular with a D-shaped cross section. Although the item appears to be of gold, without contextual association it cannot be securely dated to a particular era and therefore does not qualify as Treasure under the stipulations of the 1996 Act.

A Copper Age (Chalcolithic) gold 'basket ornament', possibly a hair ornament or ear ring, cut from thin gold sheet into an elongated oval shape extending into a narrow tang. The piece has been flattened out and is crinkled both horizontally and vertically. The oval plate is delineated by two concentric grooves following the edge, and two grooves running the length of the tang. Medieval gold finger ring, 24mm long, 21mm wide and 3mm thick. The object is in good condition and weighs 4.10 grams. The ring is a Stirrup type ring with s plain round loop with an integral triangular shaped and rectangular sectioned projection forming the bezel. This is set with a small rectangular (4x3mm) dark stone in its apex.

Fragment of a gold finger ring with dark blue irregular-shaped setting which is possibly a sapphire. The majority of the hoop is missing and one of the remaining arms of the hoop is twisted and bent. The damage is not new. The hoop comprises of a simple, undecorated gold wire which is soldered to the underside of the bezel with a lap joint. The surviving wire is lozenge-shaped in cross section. Gold coin. Solidus of Valentinian I (364-375), mint of Arles, issue of 364-367, Reece period 19, RIC volume 9 no. 1(b). This coin is in excellent condition, the only flaw being where the edge has been tweaked at 7 O'clock (obverse), probably to assay the material in antiquity.
Obverse description: Bust rosette diademed draped and cuirassed right.
