A Post-Medieval, cast, copper-alloy spur fragment. One terminal and a small fragment of one arm remains of the spur, the rest is lost due to an old break. The arm fragment is D-shaped in section with a flat back and convex front. The terminal is flat with a rounded outer edge. The terminal is divided into three sections, delineated by incised lines. The outer section is sub-circular and the section attached to the arm sub-triangular, each with a circular hole in its centre for attachment of the straps. Ref: North 1994: 216-7. The coin is worn and damaged, with approximately a third of the halfpennny missing at one end. Only parts of the design in the central field is visible at all. The inscriiption are illegible on both sides of the coin.

A complete cast copper alloy barrel tap of late post-medieval to modern date. The barrel tap has a circular sectioned spigot which tapers towards the end for fitting into the barrel on which are fine longitudinal striations. From the striations the tap expands into two opposing threaded trunnions preceding the spout. The spout is also circular in section and curves downwards to allow the flow of liquid. A rectangular sectioned projection extends from the outer curve of the spout. The rectangular tap handle has the following stamped details "PARRY & JACKSON LONDON & PARIS" on one side …

A large fragment of Iron bloomery slag. The fragment is rich in iron with iron corrosion products over parts of its surfaces. It strongly attracts a magnet. The fragment also contains a large number of air bubbles and is heavy for its size.One side has a distinct, smooth curved profile which may be where the bloom was shaped by the inner wall of the furnace. The process of smelting iron ore to produce iron has not changed much from the Iron Age to the Medieval period.
