A cast copper alloy two piece strap end dating to the Medieval period. The object is tongue shaped in plan and consists of two sheets of copper alloy held together by a rivet at each end. Each rivet remains in-situ. There is no evidence of a side strip. The object is undecorated and has a smooth mid-green patina. A small fragment of possible leather remains between the two sheets.

A cast copper-alloy strap end of Medieval date. It is sub-rectangular in shape and flat in section. It is a two piece strap end with a sheet spacer. It has a small knop on the outside edge and circular holes for two seperately cast rivets, one at each end. The one at the attachment end is missing. There is no decoration. It measures 20.60mm in length, 16.14mm in width, 2.35mm in thickness and weighs 2.62g. It is similar to examples published from London (Egan and Pritchard, 1991, nos 694 and 696).

A slightly worn and corroded early-medieval cast copper-alloy strap-end, classified as Thomas' (2003, 2) Class A, probably Type 1 (Trewhiddle style). This would date the artefact to around the 9th century AD. The strap-end is generally flat in profile, but slightly splayed and abraded at the split attachment end. A Medieval cast copper-alloy composite strap-end (c. 1270-c. 1400 AD). This undecorated strap-end consists of three main elements, a front and back plate and a spacer. The sheet plates are sub-rectangular in plan and have a trefoil knop at the terminal end. Between the knop and the sheets there is a small ridge at either side. One plate is complete and has a straight attachment end. Only about 60% of the other plate survives due to a transverse break. An incomplete cast copper alloy strap end of medieval date. The strap end is sub-rectangular in plan with sides which taper to a rounded point. Two rivet holes are present oriented along the longitudinal axis of the strap end and can be seen projecting through on the reverse. The back plate of the strap end no longer remains and iron corrosion is present along with possible organic remains of the leather strap. The metal has a dark brownish-black patina and is worn. The strap end is 49.5mm long, 15.3mm wide, 4.9mm thick and weighs 7.5g.

An elongated beast snout terminal with long and pointed lupine ears is, unusually, modelled on both sides. It has seven circular holes evenly spaced along the two sides and the outer edge for seperately cast rivets. Two on one edge are present, the rest are missing.
