The reverse shows Minerva standing left with downward-pointing transverse spear and round shield; legend: PM[TRPIII] COSII [PP]. There is significant copper corrosion on the surface and around the edge, especially where the coin has been damaged. Cf. RIC IV, p 99, No. 68.
