A cast copper-alloy buckle of Medieval date, c. 1100-1500. The buckle is largely complete but missing its pin. The frame is D-shaped in plan and cast in a thick and heavy fashion. The outer frame consists of an extended oval face with five moulded ribs running its length with four shallow grooves in between. The outer frame is D-shaped in section, with the flatter face out and the convex face oriented toward the bar of the buckle. The rest of the frame is sub-circular in section. A gold finger ring of Medieval date, 15th century. JB Robinson of the British Museum writes: 'A medieval finger-ring, iconographic in type. The bezel is oval and engraved with a standing figure of St Catherine, who holds a sword in her left hand and her symbol of the Catherine wheel, in her right. The background has been chased to receive enamel and a few spots of black enamel (?) appear to survive. There is no evidence for hacking or any other form of disruption to the ingot. A silver button (probably) of 16th-17th century date. The object is composed of a silver discoidal base with a concave surface and three perforations, probably to take a loop (now missing). Above the base are four concentric layers arranged conically. The lowest layer is composed of eight bosses arranged regularly consisting of a hemispherical hub surrounded by silver C-shaped wires. A cast copper-alloy trefoil mount of Medieval date, c. 1300-1500. The mount consists of a simple plate of copper alloy in a trefoil shape with a circular perforation. The face has a slightly raised border with raised decoration in the field consisting of a shield with tripartite foliage emerging from each corner. The field probably retained enamel originally, but there are no remains on the mount in its present state. The reverse is undecorated.

A cast copper-alloy zoomorphic and anthropomorphic Frankish scabbard chape of c. 5th-6th century date. Only the front plate of the chape remains (see HAMP-4CBF82 for a complete and closely similar example). It consists of a trefoilate plate that can be separated into an anthropomorphic terminal flanked by zoomorphic 'wings' emerging from the base/body of the plate. A cast copper-alloy Anglo-Scandinavian stirrup terminal mount of the 11th century. The sub-cylindrical terminal is zoomorphic and depicts a the head of a dog/wolf or some other best with moulded decoration forming ears, eyes, snout cleary. The end of the snout bear evidence for a break and some iron corrosion, while the base of the head seems to have had a split end, with one of the arms of the split end missing. See also BERK-8D4145.
