An incomplete Early Medieval cast copper alloy small-long brooch. The head of the brooch comprises of a 1.4mm thick sub-rectangular flat plate (9mm x 15mm). On both short sides of the head and one of the long sides there is ring and dot decoration; four on the long side and three on the short sides (corner ring and dots are shared such that there are eight ring and dots in total). A complete set of Roman copper alloy tweezers. The tweezers are formed from a single piece of 0.9mm thick sub-rectangular cross-section material that turns back on itself in an expanded 180 degrees loop to form a sprung end. The two blades of the tweezers touch together at the loop end and are separate at the gripping end. They are 45mm long and flare evenly (3.5mm to 5.0mm) towards a slightly wider gripping end. A distorted and incomplete late Iron Age to early Roman copper-alloy La Tene III brooch. There are two spring coils to one side of the head, with only one of the two coils remaining on the second side. The spring chord passes underneath the bow and only 21mm of the pin length remains. The bow is flat and at the head end is 8.83mm wide, narrowing in a curve towards the foot and catchplate to 0.46mm. The catchplate is twisted and damaged. Brooches of this type date from circa 100 BC to 100 AD.

A worn and corroded copper-alloy frame and pin from a medieval single-loop buckle. The frame is sub-square in plan. The outer end of the frame,opposite the axis bar, has a centrally placed sub-semicircular lip on its outer edge to act as a pin-rest. The rest is grooved along its centre, either through design, wear, or both. The sides of the buckle frame extend slightly beyond the outer end of the frame to form small stubbs. The object is comprised of a sub-circular disc with an integral rectangular strip projecting from the edge; this originally linked with a second disc to form the other half of the seal, which is now missing. The front face has raised design consisting of an inner pelleted border with a female head facing right within.
