Fragment of a Medieval (12th to 13th century) jug handle and one other vessel sherds in a similar fabric. Grey to mid buff fabric with greensand chert, coarse sand and limestone temper. The limestone is c.10% of the fabric and large, the largest piece being 5.6mm across but most is smaller than 3.6mm. The coarse sand is abundant, up to 25% of the fabric. Greenstone chert is an occasional inclusion (less than 5%) up to 2.5mm across. Post Medieval glass bottle fragment comprising of a body sherd with seal attached. The seal is circular with a rounded edge. Part of the edge is broken; c. 5% of the seal is now missing. The break is old and worn. The front of the seal is stamped with a circular border made of repeating annulets with the legend 'I Wilkins' and a cross design underneath. The body sherd is curved in profile, broadly rectangular in plan, extending to the right of the seal. The glass is green and typical of the Post Medieval period. Cast lead vessel repair (pot mend). It is roughly oval in plan and H-shaped in section with two irregularly shaped outer sides, one larger than the other. In the groove created between the outer sides there are fragment of the original pot. The pottery has a bright orange fabric. The whole object measures 48.0mm long, 25.4mm wide and 12.4mm thick. It weighs 70.5g. Pot mends of this form are found in both Roman and Medieval periods, as a common way to repair broken pottery. The fabric appears similar to Medieval cooking pots although it is too fragmentary to be completely certain.

Copper alloy foot fragment from a cooking vessel, dating from the Medieval to Post Medieval periods. The fragment has a triangular cross section, expanding in width towards the foot. There are round protrusions at the end of the two sides of the foot. It measures 30.3mm in height, 47.5mm in width and 32.9mm in thickness. It weighs 99.57g.
