A copper alloy polyhedral pin head dating from the Early Medieval period, about AD 720 to 850. The head is in the shape of a cuboid with the corners cut off, and each cube face is decorated with a ring-and-dot stamp. There are four ring and dots on the two larger faces; all others have one, including the triangular faces. There is a collar below the head and a slightly hipped shaft which is bent sideways. A cast copper alloy, double loop, asymmetrical buckle of post-Medieval date, AD 1575 - 1700. One loop is rectangular and the other is sub-oval. Both loops have moulded decoration. On the outer edge of the rectangular loop are five lobed knops and there are further rounded knops at two symmetrical points on the outer edge of the rounded loop and at each end of the strap bar. The pin is missing. The buckle has a light brown patina. It is 23.55mm long, 18.35mm wide and 2.62mm thick. It weighs 2.83gm. He wears a long robe and is draped in a mantle. He appears to be holding a book in his left hand and holds his right hand up, palm facing forwards, possibly in blessing. A lead alloy probable leg from a vessel, perhaps an ewer. It probably dates from the late Medieval or Early Post Medieval periods. The leg is obliquely angled, octagonal in section and terminates in a hoof like moulding. The top end is complete and is slightly rounded. It has a circular hole in the end, presumably where the leg was attache to the rest of the vessel. Parallels of ewers with three legs can be seen in the Finds Research Group Datasheet 7; Bronze Aquamaniles and Ewers (1987) by J M Lewis. They date from the fourteenth and fifteenth centuries. A cast copper alloy strap slide of late Iron Age to early Roman date, about 100 BC - AD 100. It is a "boss and petal" design similar to Class 3 button and looop fasteners. The object comprises a prominent dome within a raised pointed ovate border forming a typical Iron Age style "eye" design. Projecting from the reverse is a rectangular attachment loop which runs the full length of the fitting. The metal has a smooth brown patina with green corrosion where chipped. The central forked spacer from a composite or three piece strap end of Medieval date, about AD 1250 -1450. The spacer is a plate at the closed end, the sides extending into two prongs forming a fork at the attachment end, to provide a recess for the strap. It is sub-rectangular in plan, with a pointed closed end terminating in a small knop. There is a surviving copper alloy rivet through the closed end. Both the front and back plates are missing. The spacer is 26.53mm long, 15.5mm wide and 1.1mm thick. 2.1g.

A copper alloy Roman brooch, probably a Dolphin type dating from AD 43 - 65. Only the head of the brooch survives. It has long thin wings which hide a spring of 6 turns on each side. this is held by a loop cast in one with the bow. There is also a copper alloy axis bar. There are the stubs surviving of a forwrd pointed hook on top of the bow. This would have held the chord which would have extended from the axis bar. The remaining part of the bow is circular in section. The copper alloy has a brown patina. The brooch is 17mm long, 30mm wide and 10.8mm thick. 6.03g.

Copper alloy hollow-cast unidentified object. The object consists of a hollow ovoid terminal knop with an integral narrowed, concave-sided tubular neck. At the centre of the ovoid end there is a 6mm circular hole. The biased nature of the weight suggests the ovoid end is not uniformly hollow and whilst the internal diameter of the hollow neck is cleared through the middle of the knop to the end hole, there is substantial mass between this void and the internal wall of the knop. The rear of the object is slightly concave with the remains of integral lugs for attachment at either end. The object has a dark green patina. The mount is 19.47 mm in length, 10.29 mm wide, 2.48 mm thick and weighs 2.1 grams. Similar mounts can be found in Read, 2001, p. 35-37.

A post-Medieval copper-alloy mount. The central portion of the plate-like mount is trapezoidal. At the top is a pointed-oval projection with a protruding collar at its base; at the bottom of the mount, there is an oval projection. There are two integral rivets on the reverse of the mount, both of which have been snapped off. The surface of the mount has been tinned, the mount measures 25.32 mm in length and 8.61 mm in width and is 4.40 mm thick. It weighs 1.6 grams.
