An incomplete cast copper-alloy figurine or model of a quadrupedal animal of probable Roman date (AD 43-AD 410).
The animal has a bulbous body and the head is facing forwards and points down at an angle of about 45°. The legs survive as stubs and the tail is missing. The facial features, except for one eye, are not present. This eye is in the form of an annulet and may have been stamped.
