A complete Post Medieval cast lead alloy circular biface token, c. 1550-1800 AD. Powell Types 2 and 14. The token has been cast with a raised design of a equal arm cross with a pellet at the center and in one quarter and a star in the three other quarters on the obverse and the letters I B on the reverse. The token measures 21.57mm in diameter, 3.52mm thick and weighs 6.9 grams. Lead tokens had a wide variety of uses and were made locally; they are therefore hard to date precisely and could be Medieval or Post Medieval in date (1250-1800 AD). An incomplete cast lead alloy pendant of uncertain date. It is cruciform with arms that are rectangular in form and square in section, the lower arm being the longest and giving the entire object the appearance of a small crucifix. The upper arm terminates in old breaks at what appears to be a suspension or rivet hole of uncertain form. At the centre of the cross where the arms meet is an oval shaped moulding that has suffered from some post-depositional damage that obscures its original form or any decorative elements. A complete but misshapen post-Medieval cast or wrought lead-alloy vessel (c. AD 1500-c. 1700). This 'bird-feeder' vessel was semi-circular in cross-section prior to being damaged. It has a semi-circular base and the sides flare upwards towards the plain rim. At the front it is decorated with two horizontal and parallel raised 'ribs'. Below these features it has engraved initials D S and on the base there is a cluster of punched dots. The rear face is plain.
