A fragment of cast pale green window glass of probably Roman date. roughly triangular in shape, measuring 35.66mm in length and 11.63mm in width and 3.95 in thickness and weighs 2.3 grams. No edges to the pane survive, so impossible to tell what the original shape was when complete. One face is rough to the touch with tiny wavy lines which would indicate the pane was made by pouring molten glass onto a slab of sedimentry rock, the other side is smooth and more translucent. A complete Post Medieval cast lead alloy circular biface token, c. 1550-1800 AD. Powell Types 2 and 14. The token has been cast with a raised design of a equal arm cross with a pellet at the center and in one quarter and a star in the three other quarters on the obverse and the letters I B on the reverse. The token measures 21.57mm in diameter, 3.52mm thick and weighs 6.9 grams. Lead tokens had a wide variety of uses and were made locally; they are therefore hard to date precisely and could be Medieval or Post Medieval in date (1250-1800 AD). A cast copper alloy post medieval double loop trapezoidal buckle frame. Frame is simply decorated with an ovoid knop on each external corner of the frame and a triangular expansion on the outer edge of each loop with incised transverse pin rest. The strap bar is narrowed and recessed with the pin missing; there are knops at each end of the strap bar. (Whitehead 2003) illustrates a very similar buckle, No.524, which he dates to c.1620-1680 AD. The buckle is 35.84mm in lenth, 22.29mm in width, 3.14mm thick and weighs 6.7g.
