A incomplete cast copper-alloy and enamelled lozengic plate brooch of Roman date. The brooch is lozengicin plan and is stepped in cross section. The base of the brooch is incomplete but above the base are two raised lozengic platforms. The edges of the top lozengic platform are decorated with fine incisions running along its length which are worn in places. No decoration is visible on the lower lozengiform platform although they are incomplete and worn in places. In the centre of the top platform is a lozengic recess which is filled with turquoise enamel which has four circular recess…
