Cast copper alloy finger ring of late Early Medieval or Medieval date. The ring has a prominent projecting circular bezel decorated with an incised design of a quatrefoil. Each pointed oval leaf has a central line and two outer lines. The outer corners of the leaves are joined by a line and filling the spandrels created between the edge and these lines are multiple parallel diagonal lines. There is a line border around the edge. Cast copper alloy (brass) finger ring, probably of post medieval, 17th century date. It has a flat oval bezel incised with a stylised eagle facing left. The shoulders taper evenly from the bezel to the hoop. The shoulders and hoop are a flattened D-shape in section with slightly convex outer side and flat inner side. It is 22.3mm in diameter, 11.3mm wide at the bezel and 3.1mm wide by 0.7mm thick at the back of the hoop, 2.7mm thick at the thickest point on the shoulders; it weighs 3.74 grams.
