One half of a Medieval copper-alloy swivel.
The object consists of a roughly D-shaped frame, the diameter of which gradually increases towards the base, where two moulded zoomorphic heads flank a central block. This block is oval in plan and has a circular-sectioned projection at the centre of its flat underside.
Dimensions: 20.9mm high, 21.1mm wide, up to 8.6mm thick (block). Weight: 4.98g.

A gilt copper-alloy strap fitting of probable Medieval date.
The artefact has been formed by folding widthways a parallel-sided strip of copper-alloy with a sub-circular end. The underside of this circular end has been secured to the opposite end by means of a circular-sectioned rivet. The remaining traces of gilding on the heavily corroded object are confined to the upper surface.
Dimensions: 21.9mm long, 12mm wide, 8.1mm thick (top). Weight: 4.11g.
