An incomplete cast copper alloy buckle of Early-medieval date. Roughly half of the buckle remains and is circular in section with a devolved open-jawed animal head at the terminal. The opposing side of the buckle would also have terminated in this feature giving the appearance of two beasts biting the hinge bar. The frame is decorated with swollen rings at regular intervals. The metal has a mid brownish-green patina and is worn. The buckle is 31.1mm long, 5.7mm in diameter and weighs 6.8g. Similar examples can be seen in Hawkes, p.58, fig.20.

A fragment of a cast copper alloy vessel of medieval date. The fragment is part of the leg of a probable cooking vessel. The leg is roughly D-shaped in section with a slightly concave reverse, rounded edges and three raised ridges on the front. Both ends of the fragment are broken and worn. The leg is 35.3mm long, 22.7mm wide, 8.9mm thick and weighs 25.1g. The metal has a dark brownish-green patina and is worn. While it is not possible to allocate this fragment to a specific type a mid 13th to 16th century date is generally accepted for copper alloy cooking vessels.

An incomplete cast copper alloy buckle of medieval date. All that remains of the buckle is the integral forked spacer, a short portion of the single looped frame and the pin. The pin is looped around the strap bar and the buckle is undecorated. The metal has a dark greenish-brown colour and is worn. The buckle is 31.4mm long, 18.4mm wide, 2.7mm thick and weighs 3.9g. Similar examples are illustrated in Whitehead, p.37 and are dated to circa 1350 - 1450.

A complete lead pot mend of medieval date. The pot mend is comprised of two large sub-circular discs joined by a thick central shank and was used to mend a broken vessel in order to lengthen the period of use after damage had occurred. The gap between the two plates is quite wide and contains ceramic material of a pale buff coloured fabric which aids in dating the object as a whole to the medieval period. The metal is a light greyish-white colour and is worn. The pot mend is 42.7mm long, 37mm wide, 14.2mm thick and weighs 66g.

A complete cast lead token of medieval to post-medieval date. The unifaced token is flat and circular and is decorated on one face with a raised six spoke design. The metal is a mid greyish-white colour and is worn. The token is 14.4mm in diameter, 2.6mm thick and weighs 3g. An incomplete cast copper alloy Aesica brooch of Roman date. The brooch consists of semi-circular wings which are concave on the reverse to accommodate the pin mechanism which no longer remains. The bow extends from the centre of the front of the wings and is trapezoidal in plan with a raised profile to curve outwards. The bow terminates in a worn break. The metal has a mid brownish-green patina and is worn. The brooch is 20.5mm long, 19.8mm wide, 2.8mm thick and weighs 4.7g. Similar examples are illustrated in Hattatt p.310, fig.169 and are dated to the 1st century AD.
