A complete cast lead alloy post medieval circular mount. It is undedcorated, convex in profile and still retains the mount at the reverse. It is in fair condition althought the suface is covered in corrsoion products.
The mount has a diameter of 24.1 mm, a height of 9.39 mm and weighs 5.95 g.

A copper-alloy object, possibly a drawer knob from a piece of furniture. The object has a solid globular head decorated with an incised band around the perimeter. A waisted shank extends which flares to a flat base. An incomplete circular-sectioned shank extends from the centre of this base. Probably post-medieval in date, though it was found on a field that produces large amounts of Roman material.

A corroded, cast copper-alloy mount or eyelet of Medieval date. It is flat, disct shaped in form with a large central circular aperture. To either side of the aperture are single circular rivet holes. The front face of the mount has incised decoration comprising zig-zag or diagonal grooves radiating around the central aperture, possibly forming a star-shaped motif, but this is uncertain due to the preservation of the object. A sheet copper-alloy mount of Medieval date. It is circular in form with slightly concave back face and central circular rivet hole. The front face has moulded decoration formed from three concentric rings surrounding the central aperture, the middle one of which is beaded. The entire object measures 22.38mm in diameter, 3.25mm in thickness/height, and 1.11g in weight. This is a disc shaped mount of Medieval date similar to examples from London (Egan and Pricthard, 1991: nos. 927-929). It is of 14th century AD date.

An incomplete copper-alloy bar mount of probable medieval date. The mount is likely to have been a fitting from either a box or a book. The mount is 'T' shaped in plan, with a double loop at the complete end, presumably rivet holes for attachment. The other end is broken. The mount is decorated with a symmetrical moulded design incorporating mirrored fleur-de-lis with lozenges in between. The surface patina of most of the mount is missing and it has a purple brown appearance, although fine traces of a possible gilded surface remain. Length 49.9 mm, width 18.6 mm, weight 1.0 gram.

A copper alloy early medieval quaterfoil mount. The mount is decorated with four abstract faceted animal heads. At the top of each head there is a rivet hole, a rivet is preserved in two of them. The mount is domed on the front and slightly curved on the reverse.

A silver sexfoil mount of Medieval date. It is dome shaped with a hollow back with six evenly shaped facets radiating from the centre. It has a central hole for a separate circular rivet which is missing. It is flattened in half, most likely due to post-depositional damage. It measures 19.00mm in diameter, 11.06mm in height, 0.39mm in thickness and weighs 0.83g.
This mount is similar to copper-alloy examples published from London (Egan and Pritchard, 1991: no 952).

A silver object, possibly a finial, which appears to have been cut or broken off another object as the base is very flat and smooth. It is most likely Post-medieval in date. It is in the form of a thistle with a series of radiating leaves surrounding it. The base is hexagonal in shape. It measures 17.62mm in height, 18.58mm in width, 8.57mm in thickness and weighs 7.59g.

Description: A silver gilt lion's head mount or brooch of Medieval date with the lion's mane forming a radiating sun around the circumference. The muzzle protrudes from the centre of the object with the nose and eyes above. The ears are within the mane and form part of the radiating sun. It has a separate sub-circular plate on the reverse with a single circular rivet in the centre for attachment.
