A Post Medieval cast copper alloy trade weight from the reign of Charles I (1625-1649) or Charles II (1660-1685). The weight is circular in plan with a wide raised rim on the top. It measures 19.64mm in diameter, 3.94mm thick and weighs 6.5grams (0.230 oz). It has probably lost weight through corrosion and damage and was originally a quarter ounce weight. It would have originally been part of a set of weights and bears official marks showing that it was made in London and verified by the founders company. An incomplete post-Medieval cast copper-alloy spherical animal 'crotal' bell (1600-1800 AD). The sub-rectangular suspension loop at the top is 7.90mm high, 12.52mm wide and 5.46mm thick and has a circular perforation. The upper and lower hemispheres are divided equally by a horizontal circumferential joining rib. At either side of the suspension loop, about half way down the side of the upper hemisphere, is a circular sound hole. The sound slit and part of the body are missing due to a break. A copper alloy mount being flat and diamond shaped at the bottom (top?) It is decorated with vine tendrils, pellets and an annulet. There are two rivet holes at either end, both retain residue of rivets. The plate would have tapered down into a hook or loop which has been broken off. The reverse is flat and undecorated. Possibly from a sword belt and dating from the medieval to the post-medieval period.

A Post Medieval double looped buckle with decorated frame. The frame is triangular in section with a flat back and angled front. The loops widen around the outer edge and are decorated with two stamped dots in the centre of each loop, flanked by stamped flowers and then rows of annulets at each end. The strap bar is recessed from frame and has a lobed knop at each end. There are traces of a white metal coating by one knop and the frame is bent in profile. This pin is missing. Copper-alloy dagger pommel. When seen from above it is circular, with a central sub-rectangular or sub-oval hole for the dagger's tang. The slightly convex top is 38mm in diameter and decorated with seven groups of two to three radiating grooves. The sides taper with a concave curve, so that the base is a smaller diameter than the top, about 21mm. The base is open to a hollow interior and the pommel is 9mm tall. Compare SF-3F7B58 and BH-D2CA92, etc. Dates for these tend to centre on the 16th century.

An incomplete and misshapen Medieval sheet copper-alloy folded buckle plate (c. 1200-c. 1400 AD). This object is the front leaf of a folded plate and is roughly square in plan. It has a semi-circular pin slot at the buckle frame end and a circular rivet hole at each corner. At the front it is decorated with curving raised lines forming an abstract design. The metal is reddish brown and is partially covered with copper-alloy corrosion products. There are flecks of gilding at the front. Length: 23.73mm; width: 23.23mm; thickness: 0.61mm. Weight: 2.04g.

An incomplete cast lead figurine of possibly Roman date but probably dating to the post-medieval period. The figurine is of a draped, dancing figure of indeterminate sex with only the head, torso and upper part of the limbs surviving. The right arm and left leg of the figure are raised in dance and the right leg and left arm are orientated backward. The facial features, hair and clothing details are all lost due to extreme wear and there are two knops projecting from the shoulder blades suggesting the presence of wings. A piece of lead alloy waste disc with post medieval maker mark stamps on both sides. There are at least six stamps on boths faces; all the visible stamps contain the letters 'IM' within a beaded border. The marks are not identical, suggesting that this piece was used to perfect a stamp in production. The disc measures 38.6mm (length) x 36.4mm (width) x 4.4mm (thickness) and weighs 37.73g. The style of the stamp suggests that it is 17th or early 18th century in date.

A misshapen post-Medieval cast copper-alloy buckle chape (c. 1720-1770 AD). In plan, the chape frame is sub-oval and has a single internal spike. It has two hollow lugs that accommodated a spindle. It has no patina and is a dull brown colour. Length: 26.49mm; width: 37.72mm; thickness: 4.47mm. Weight: 4.14g. The buckle frame that would have attached to this type of chape would have been for a Georgian shoe buckle, dating from the 1720s to the 1770s.
