A cast copper alloy unidentified object of probable Post Medieval date, with a thick shaft, and a hooked anchor-shaped zoomorphic terminal. The zoomorphic element appears to be of two bird, serpent or animal heads with a crest or mane on the back of the neck. An openwork triangle separates the two zoomorphic ends, formed from a rectangular sections bar joining the apes of the two beasts' necks. A fragmnet of an enamelled cast copper alloy buckle frame of mid to late seventeenth century date.The frament appaers to be the top part of the buckle frame with the two legs of the animal, which are broken off by old breaks, would have extended to form the other sides of the frams. The fragment is in the shape of an animal with a head at one end and curled tail at the other. There are traces of a white enamal remaining. An incomplete cast lead alloy harness mount dating from about the late Post-Medieval to early Modern periods (1750-1900). The mount is a circular disc of lead alloy which is probably part of a Post-Medieval bridle boss. The edges have broken and crumbled; the body has been slightly bent out of shape. The front is decorated with a raised (probably applied) central scrollwork motif (possibly the letter S). The reverse has wear marks and the remnants of two spikes are present. A copper-alloy, 17th century trade token. The token has, on one side, a central motif of a horseshoe with the legend AT•THE•HORES•SHOW•IN• On the opposite side, the central motif is made up of three letters, •A• above W•E with the legend TVTILL•STRET•WESTMIN• The whole legend can be translated as AT THE HORSESHOE IN TOTHILL STREET WESTMINSTER and is to advertise, and be used at, the Horseshoe Inn or Public House that stood there from the 17th through to the 19th Century.

A heavily worn and abraded copper alloy (brass) coin weight for a gold coin possibly a Ryal / Rose Noble of later medieval / Post Medieval date (1450-1700). The coin weight is bi-faced and a round shape in plan. The design on both faces is almost lost the obverse (front face) possibly shows a ship with at the centre of the hull. The rose is the only clearly defined surviving element of the design. A double looped buckle manufactured from cast copper-alloy and dating from the early post-medieval period. The buckle has a vesica shaped frame with a protrusion at either end of the narrowed strap bar. Similar buckle are described by Ross Whitehead and are dated to 1550-1650 (p.61). The buckle is in fair condition, with a dark surface patination.

A cast copper-alloy buckle of post-medieval date. The buckle is double looped with moulded ribbed decoration on the upper side of the frame. The reverse of the flame is flat and undecorated. The strap bar divides the two loops of the buckle and there are moulded knops at either end of the strap bar. The strap bar has traces of ferrous corrosion on it from the iron pin which was found with the buckle frame but is broken and unattached. An incomplete silver mount in the shape of two hearts arranged as a mirror image, with the bottom point facing outwards. One pint is missing while the other is worn. The hearts are defined using etched zig-zag lines, a practise commonly referred to as wriggle-work and used frequently on pewter during the 17th Century. Both rivets remain in place, although one is broken, while the other is bent. Both are square in section. A cast copper-alloy post-medieval strap fitting, probably from a sword belt or sword belt hanger of 16th century date. The fitting has a single circular attachment loop from which emerges an integrally cast trefoil shaped plate. The plate has curvilinear decoration on the front and two rivet holes with the residue of corroded iron rivets within. The fitting has a dark green patina. It measures 30.21 mm long, 13.51 mm wide, 3.35 mm thick and weighs 3.1 grams.
