A knapped flint scraper, made from a primary flake derived from a nodule, possibly from river gravel. The scraper is made from a dark streaked flint and has a prominent striking platform. It has been worked around its distal end and has some cortex remaining on its dorsal face.

An end scraper, medium grey in colour with cream inclusions, which has been expediently made and unifacially retouched. The distal end exhibits an undercutting continuous retouch with a semi-abrupt angle and is of edge type in extent. The retouch morphology of this margin is of sub-parallel type. There is also discontinuous, edge retouch to the left margin which is of low angle, thus giving a serrated cutting edge. Extensive cortex covering of the right margin aids in comfort when handling. An extended end variant scraper, light to medium grey in colour, which has been uni-facially retouched and expediently manufactured. The distal end exhibits continuous retouch with a semi-abrupt angle and is of long extent. The retouch morphology of this margin is of sub-parallel type. This retouch continues along the entirety of the left margin. There is extensive cortex cover of the dorsal face which aids in comfort when handling. Mercer (1981) illustrates a similar example on p135, fig59, L140 which dates to the Neolithic.

Flint pebble end-scraper, oval in plan, lozenge in profile and hexagonal in section. Bulb on ventral face, with notched right edge. A layer of cream cortex is present on the dorsal face following the right and distal end except where scraper retouch occurs along the distal end. Notched on the left edge on dorsal face. The flint is caramel brown colour with brown ribbons and light inclusions. Bond (2004) illustrates a similar example on page 108, Fig. 5.92, No. 119, which is dated to the Mesolithic.

Retouch approximately 320 degrees around the margin, leaving half of the left edge on the dorsal face. The flint is dark grey colour with lighter flecks. Bond (2004) illustrates a similar example on page 145, Fig. 5.131, N0. 5, which is dated to the Beaker period.
