Flint pebble piercer, sub-oval in plan, plano-convex in profile and triangular in section. Notched on the left edge of dorsal face. The flint is dark brown grey colour with lighter flecks. Butler (2005) illustrates a similar example on page 91, Fig. 34, No. 5, which is dated to the Mesolithic.
