Two ovoid lead pot-mends of Roman to Post-Medieval date (AD 43-1800). Each carries a small piece of earthenware, possibly Roman greyware, but not enough survives to be certain. Both have one flatter face and one domed face. They measure and weigh 31.99x27.01x9.81mm and 44.3g; 22.07x17.08x9.02mm and 13.7g. Unfortunately such repairs are not diagnostic; a wide date range is therefore offered.

An undatable (Roman to Post-Medieval) fragment of very abraded and rather flat earthenware with unusually straight edges (possibly cut), measuring 29.08x22.54x4.66mm and weighing 3.5g. The fabric is sandy with medium-sized inclusions, mostly eroded out. If intentionally cut, possibly for use as a gaming piece.

A fragment of grey lava quern stone, preserving approximately 25% of the original diameter. Part of one edge is perserved with flattened, curved outer surface and flat top and bottom surfaces. The base(?) of the quern is flat and with no decoration or evidence of a grinding surface. The top(?) has a flattened rim, the remainder being worn and slightly concave towards the now missing centre of the object, probably as a result of use-wear. The stone itself is grey, relatively hard and compact with some large quartz inclusions. It measures 27.6mm in length, 128.01mm in width, 55.48mm in …
