A rim sherd probably from a Roman Oxfordshire white ware vessel, dating from the second to forth century AD. The fabric is off-white in colour with a slightly pinkish core, with occasional air-holes throughout the fabric but otherwise it is fine and hard. The rim sherd is from a large domestic storage vessel.

A sherd of Medieval coaresware pottery. It is a small bodysherd and is grey incolour. The fabric is rough with a sandy feel, and is tempered with small white and clear quartz grains and ocasional, larger white quartz grains. it measures 25.65mm x 22.04mm, and is 6.76mm in thickness. The sherd weighs 5.49g, and may have come from a storage vessel, jar or cooking pot.

A cast copper alloy Medieval to Post-Medieval fragment from the handle of a skillet or cauldron. It is a rectangular piece, with a triangular section and has a longitudinal ridge. The metalwork is abraded and there is sooting along the handle. The fragment measures 33.53mm in length, 32.51mm in width, 9.95mm in thickness and weighs 49.83g.

A fragment of unidentified copper alloy object, possibly part of a Medieval/ Post-Medieval (1200-1800) vessel foot due to black (possibly sooting) marks on both faces. It is roughly trinagular in shape being flat ot the reverse and with a possible moulded central midrib to the front. It measures 25.13x22.21x7.65mm and weighs 11.5g. Crudely made cast copper alloy vessels were widely used from c.1200-1800 for serving and cooking. A Medieval to Late Post-Medieval (1200-1800) copper alloy foot from a cooking vessel, broken just above the ankle and missing one corner of the toes. It measures 44.38x31.42mm on the underside and stands 46.38mm high. It weighs 123.04g. The underside is D-shaped while the upper face has a prominent midrib and addition moulding at the complete corner for the toes. An incomplete cast copper alloy drop handle and associated suspension lug from a chaffing dish, of Medieval to Post Medieval date. The entire handle was an open T-frame handle; however only the base of the T, and lug, survives. The handle is round in section and forms the base of the original T shape. Both extant arms have old breaks; one ends just past the junction of the vertical base and the missing horizontal portion of the T, whilst the other breaks at the end of the horizontal.
