An incomplete copper-alloy folding strap clasp with rotating end and hinged plate. The frame is cast with one strap bar being recessed and offset from the other. The incomplete rotating closure is of sheet copper alloy. The incomplete rectangular plate is also of folded sheet copper alloy, and has a single rivet for strap attachment. The clasp has a well developed mid-green patina. The frame is 12.6mm long by 14.0mm wide, 0.9mm thick and 4.1mm deep. The sheet for the rotating end is 0.7mm thick. The plate sheet is 0.5mm thick.
