A complete cast lead spindle whorl of medieval to post-medieval date. The spindle whorl is bi-conical with a large central perforation. The degree of rise on one side of the spindle whorl is much shallower than that on the other side and the edge of the perforation is irregular. The spindle whorl appears to be undecorated but is extremely worn with numerous indentations present on the surface.
The metal is a light brownish-white colour and is worn. The spindle whorl is 28.6mm in diameter, 11.8mm thick and weighs 36.9g.

A folded post-Medieval lead alloy weight (c. 1600-c. 1850).
This rolled strip has been deliberately folded three and a half times. At one side there are three indentations that penetrate the strip. The outside of the strip has a number of indeterminate impressions of triangular form.
Length: 19.9mm; width: 16.6mm; thickness: 16.2mm. Weight: 22.85g. The thickness of the strip is about 1.4mm.
The surface colour is grey with off-white lead corrosion products.

A post-Medieval to Modern knob, possibly from a vessel (c. 1600-c. 1850),
It is moulded at the front and has a flower head design consisting of a central pellet within an annulet at the centre surrounded by eight petals. It has a waist at the rear which then expands to a domed sub-circular shape in plan. Corroded iron is attached to the back of this part.
The surfaces are grey with off-white corrosion products.
Maximum diameter: 18.4mm; thickness: 17.2mm. Weight: 14.35g.
It has been suggested by the finder that this object is the knob from a tobacco holder.
