A complete cast copper alloy double loop oval buckle, Medieval to Post Medieval in date (c. 1350-1650 AD). The buckle has D-shaped loops which are both bevelled on their reverse surface and a slight notch for the pin rest on the frame. The strap bar is narrowed and slightly recessed with a simply-wrapped copper alloy pin still attached. Slightly protruding knops are placed at either end of the strap bar. A late Medieval to early Post Medieval cast copper alloy thimble with sloping sides and slightly domed top. A continuous spiral of hand-drilled circular pits emanate from a bare tonsure at the centre of the top; the pits cover the entire external surface save for a narrow plain band at the base. The pits get slightly smaller towards the top. The thimble has been cast from one piece and does not have a thicker or turned over rim at its base. Flint scraper, roughly triangular in plan and plano convex in profile. The left and right margins have been retouched. There is a pronounced medial ridge on the dorsal side. The ventral side has possible chip damage on the distal end and right margin and there is also gloss. The flint appears to have been heated. It is a dark grey brown with dark beige mottling. Butler (2005) illustrates a similar example on page 166, Fig. 70, No. 7 which is dated to the Neolithic period.

An incomplete cast copper-alloy object, possibly a fragment from the bow of a Roman bow brooch. It is oval shaped in section, terminating at both ends in old breaks, and has a moulded vertical rib flanked by grooves on the front face. The fragment has worn surfaces with traces of a green patina and measures 21.42mm in length, 4.53mm in width, 3.97mm in thickness, and 2.19g in weight. This is possibly a fragment from the bow of a Roman brooch, although its poor preservation and small size make a close identification probematic. An incomplete cast copper-alloy object, probably a mount or strap fitting of Medieval to Post-Medieval date. It has a flat, lozenge shaped plate with central circular rivet hole and oval shaped knops at each end. At the base of the plate is an integraly cast double-lug that is folded backwards to create a rectangular lower plate and has an elongated rectangular slot between each of the lugs. Late Saxon cast, copper alloy stirrup terminal. Of zoomorphic design, this terminal would have completely enclosed the joint of the base and one arm on the lower part of a stirrup. A copper alloy probable strainer. A slightly dished disc of copper alloy sheet metal which has been perforated by hand using a sub-circular punch for 33 of the holes, and a rectangular punch for one.
