A probable moulded lead weight of uncertain date. The weight is sub-circular, with one flat side. It is flat on the reverse and has a stamped impression on the front which reads IIP (or dII if inverted) set within a border comprised of two lines. Outside this border there are traces of an inscription running around the side of the weight but this is now illegible. The weight measures 134.9 grams, the equivalent to 0.3 avoirdupois pounds. It measures 52.95 mm long, 52.68 and 11 grams thick. It has a cream patina.

The fragment has a mid green patina and measures 15.88mm in length, 9.47mm in width, 19.83mm in height/thickness, and weighs 6.25g.

An incomplete undatable (Roman - Post-Medieval) copper alloy stud, consisting of an incomplete flat circular head (with worn edges) and missing most of its shank (only a stump remains). The head measures 9.31mm in diameter and 1.30mm thick, the shank measures 3mm in diameter at the break. The bluey colour of the copper alloy and the smooth shiny patina suggests it could possibly be Roman in date. The stud weighs 0.6g.

An undatable (Roman - Post-Medieval) copper alloy ring, rather square in shape. It measures 11.91x11.55mm (internal 8.22x7.74mm) and weighs 1.7g. It is D-shaped in cross-section, being flat on the inside edge, and one edge is split (ancient damage). The bluey colour of the copper alloy and the smooth shiny patina suggests it could possibly be Roman in date.

It is conical in form with a central circular perforation and eight unevenly spaced vertical ribs positioned around its circumference. This weight measures 35.57mm in diameter, 15.44mm in height and weighs 76.06g. It may perhaps have been used as a spindle whorl and could date to any point from the Roman period onwards.

A Roman copper alloy ear scoop or other similar toilet spoon. The implement has a small narrow scoop at one end, rather than a round spoon bowl. This has a rounded end and appears to be complete. Above the scoop is a reel moulding or a central rounded element flanked by a collar at each end. The shaft tapers from the reel and is circular in section and only 1.7mm in diameter. The shaft is bent and the end is a patinated break. From the description given in Crummy (page 59), this implement sounds most like a surgical ear scoop.
