A distorted but complete cast silver button, circular in plan with a down-turned edge. It is decorated with two conjoined hearts with a crown above. On the reverse of the button is a complete circular loop. A direct parallel can be found in the Treasure Annual Report 2004, no. 236. This of the conjoined hearts may have commemorated the marriage of Charles II of England to Catherine of Braganza in 1662.

A medieval finger-ring, triangular in section, with an inscription in two bands around the outer surface. The letters and symbols on the upper register are indecipherable but consist of eight characters. Those on the lower register spell: +ALRLARIA which bears some resemblance to the popular invocation AVE MARIA (Hail Mary) On the inner surface are several more letters crudely incised and difficult to read: +XT(or R)OZ(?)HOII Whatever their meaning, these letters most probably carried amuletic significance. An early Anglo-Saxon incomplete silver gilt pendant, comprising a stylised hollow-backed crouching animal cast in relief with its head downward and moulded details of snout, eyes, brow and limbs, set within an outer flange much of which is missing apart from where it curves inward towards the apex and is interrupted by a broken perforation for suspension.

An incomplete copper alloy Roman brooch of Colchester derivative, Polden Hill (Mackreth Group 5, flat wing ends type, Western Group), cf. Mackreth 2011, 5.b4. Plate 50 . it is missing its spring mechanism and lower bow and catchplate. It measures 28.60mm in incomplete length and weighs 7.8g. The wingspan is 28.68mm. An incomplete cast copper alloy brooch of Colchester derivative, Polden Hill (Mackreth 2011, Part 3, Group 2.b2, flat wing ends type) of Roman date (50-60 AD). Distributed in the Lower Severn Valley. The wings are almost complete being semi-cylindrical in plan with closed pierced end caps. The axis bar, spring and pin are lost. A small sheet of copper alloy projects from a central depression on the rear of the head of the brooch, it is possible that this aided the security of the pin / spring but is highly unusual. A copper alloy strap end consisting of a strip of folded sheet metal, and dating from c. 1270-1350. The open end has rounded corners and the outer end is delineated by a deep transverse groove. There is one copper alloy fastening rivet, which remains in place in the centre of the open end. Traces of gilding remain on the upper face. It is otherwise undecorated. It has a light green patina.
