A cast, copper alloy, double loop asymmetrical buckle, dating from c. 1575-1700. There are lobed knops at two symmetrical points on the outer edge of the rounded loop. The frame of the buckle is somewhat corroded, but the inner and outer edges of the frame were possibly bevelled. The frame is bent upwards at the outer edges, suggesting it was a knee or spur buckle. The pin and plate are missing. The buckle has a light green patina. It is 25.5mm long, 19.3mm wide and 2.7mm thick. It weighs 2.41gm. see Whitehead, Buckles 1250-1800, p. 92, No. 574.

A contemporary forgery of a denarius, probably of Orbiana (AD 225-227), wife of Severus Alexander; RIC Vol. IV (part II), p. 96-97, nos. 319 and 324. The coin has lost much of its silver plating, revealing the copper-alloy core. The remaining silvererd surface is relatively unworn. The coin measures 18mm in diameter, 1.8mm thick and weighs 1.89g.

An incomplete and slightly misshapen silver spoon handle of post-Medieval date (c.1670-c. 1720 AD).
The bowl and part of the stem is missing due to a recent break. it is flat on both faces and has a trifid (tri-lobed) terminal. In plan, the sides of the terminal taper and narrow towards the stem with sides that become almost parallel and then start to flare slightly towards the break. A cast, copper alloy, single loop, D-shaped buckle with a lipped frame and a narrowed strap bar, dating from the medieval period. The lip is notched to act as a pin rest. A folded, copper alloy plate remains in situ and has corroded on to the strap bar. There is one copper alloy fastening rivet in the plate: this remains in place. The plate is not recessed, and is a pain rectangle in plan. There are traces of an iron pin remaining around the strap bar. The remainder of the pin has corroded away. A 3rd-century silvered copper-alloy Roman radiate of Tacitus, 'PAX AETERNA', Gallic mint (275-276; Reece issue period 14; R.I.C. 34). This coin has survived well. It has been pierced for use at a later date at c. 12 o'clock on the obverse and c. 6 o'clock on the reverse. Such adaption, presumably for jewellery tends to be considered an early-medieval practice although a Roman date cannot be ruled out.

Nine fragments of sheet copper alloy vessel of probable late medieval to post medieval date (1350 - 1650). The fragments are much worn and irregular in shape; three are joined by metal rivets and another two show evidence of copper alloy rivets and associated holes. At least one fragment is from the rim of a vessel and it is likely that the fragments represent several different vessels.
