Fragment of a cast copper alloy Roman brooch or fibula in the form of the end of the bow and the remains of the catchplate. The bow retains the remains of two rows of circular recesses along its vertical borders which would have presumably been originally enamelled.
The curvature of the bow and its terminal suggest that it probably came from a T-shaped brooch.
