2008 T610 Chartham area second addenda, Kent REPORT TO HM CORONER Circumstances of discovery Five Iron Age coins were recovered by metal-detector users Mr. David Villanueva and Mrs. Carol Smith near Chartham, Kent between the 22nd September and 5th October 2008. The coins were reported to the coroner and Finds Liaison Officer in October, and brought to the British Museum in November 2008. A further three Iron Age coins were found and reported to the Finds Liaison Officer in December 2008 and brought to the British Museum in March 2009. A ninth coin was found on 26th February 20…
