Lead cloth seal of four-disc form, stamped on the inner discs, with the initial of the alnager: 'S' surrounded by the word 'HAMPSHIRE' inside a raised ring border: the other disc is stamped with a bird within a shield, which is in turn also within a ring border. The bird has a hooked beak and bells on its legs, above the claws, suggesting that it is meant to portray a hawk or a bird of prey.
This seal dates from the 17th century (Geoff Egan pers comm).

Stamped lead cloth seal of four-disc form: Disc 1: a tripartite motif with the number 24 below, which is presumably the length of the cloth in yards as measured. Disc 2: the initials of the alnager: TB to the sides of a flower (perhaps a pun on the surname - ? = Bloom/Blossom etc.) surrounded by a ring of pellets, with the legend 'HAMSHIRE' around the outside. Disc 3: a crowned heraldic rose. Disc 4: 'searched' written as SER/CHE/D.
This seal dates from the 17th century, c.1600-1650 (Geoff Egan pers comm).

A Post Medieval copper alloy S-shaped clasp (mid 16th - early 17th century). This clasp has been cast s-shape with a central multiply knopped band with foliate fringe to both sides, from which a longtidinally grooved neck with a dragon-headed terminal emerges. The moulding is on both faces. One loop of the s-shape is larger than the other.
A very similar parallel is illustrated in Egan (2005:47) no. 172, however that example is incomplete with one dragon-headed terminal missing.

A Post Medieval copper alloy seal matrix (mid 17th century). The seal matrix has a central, flattened conical handle and has a trefoil perforated terminal. The oval die has two initials 'PW' with a star above and below all within an oval border.
Dimensions: length of seal matrix: 27.79mm; length of die: 15.10mm; width of die: 13.78mm; weight: 5.02g.

An incomplete cast copper-alloy hooked clothing fastener, missing its rectangular strap-loop as it has broken off. The main body of the tag is formed by a circular plate which has a beaded border forming the outer edge and an openwork design. The hook has broken off.

A Post Medieval lead alloy (pewter) lid (18th century). The lid is constructed from a disc of pewter with a further strip of pewter soldered on to the disc to form the wall. The front surface has a central punch mark and it is marked with even concentric circles, there are three radiating lines from the central punch that are rougher and more irregular. On the internal surface there are further rough and irregular lines form a spiral with an off-centre 'K' within a circle. There is some damage that has slightly distorted the shape and has punched through the top of the lid.

A relatively flat bi-conical perforated spindle whorl. The hole which runs through the centre of the weight has a circular section. The weight is decorated on one side with raised radiating lines, with one pellet in each space. The other side is undecorated. The weight is complete. The lead is a light whitish-grey colour.

A cast copper alloy brooch, made from four conjoined rings, all soldered together in a spiral. On the reverse of the brooch the remains of the lug and catchplate remain in situ. This brooch is likely to be post-medieval to modern in date.
