Copper alloy finger ring, Guiraud Type 2 of the 1st century AD to the 1st half of the 3rd century AD. The ring has a recessed oval bezel, in the recess is incised a hand with three fingers and a thumb. From the bezel the shoulders taper gradually from 6.4mm wide to a narrow point 1.9mm wide at the back of the hoop. The bezel and hoop are similar thicknesses. There is a small crack at the back of the hoop. The ring is 19.2mm in external diameter, 14.8mm in internal diameter, the bezel is 9.5mm long by 7.9mm wide. The ring weighs 2.80 grams.

A complete medieval pointed-oval (vesica-shaped) seal matrix, pointed-oval and flat. The reverse has a median rib running between the points of the oval, with a loop with a circular perforation at one end. There are some grooves running down either side of the median rib, possibly filing marks from finishing the object after casting. A heavily corroded cast copper-alloy strap end, which is probably early medieval or medieval in date. In profile, the strap end has a convex-sided plate with a concave sided waist just above the broadly shield shaped terminal at the base. In profile, the split end at the top is visible, in which the strap would have been secured with pins/rivets. One side of the terminal is also more pronounced and rounded. An incomplete cast copper-alloy early medieval strap end. The strap end has an uneven, broken top and a convex sided plate with a zoomorphic terminal at the base. The plate is mostly flat, although the zoomorphic terminal is in relief on the front and the top of the plate flares out. A fragment of a cast copper alloy socketed spearhead, probably from the middle bronze age (1500BC to 1150BC). The fragment has lozenge-section midrib which tapers towards the tip, which is missing. The seal matrix has the stub of a projection loop at the top, attached to a conical handle which flares towards the flat base which is broadly circular in plan.
