Copper alloy finger ring, Guiraud Type 2 of the 1st century AD to the 1st half of the 3rd century AD. The ring has a recessed oval bezel, in the recess is incised a hand with three fingers and a thumb. From the bezel the shoulders taper gradually from 6.4mm wide to a narrow point 1.9mm wide at the back of the hoop. The bezel and hoop are similar thicknesses. There is a small crack at the back of the hoop. The ring is 19.2mm in external diameter, 14.8mm in internal diameter, the bezel is 9.5mm long by 7.9mm wide. The ring weighs 2.80 grams.

Cast copper alloy item, probably a handle lug from a medieval or post medieval vessel of c.1250-1600AD. The item is triangular and flat with a knop extending sideways from the top point and a flat base created by an old break. In the centre of the base is a semi circular hole. There are traces of black desposits, probably sooting, on both sides. The item is 36.3mm long, 44.2mm wide, 7.1mm thick and weighs 50.96 grams.
