Circular lead alloy weight probably from the Medieval period.The front of the weight has a circular depression in the centre, in which is an 'I'. The depression is surrounded by 2 incised circles which look as though they have been cast in at the time of making the weight. The 'I' appears to have been added later, by hand. The back of the weight is flat and has 2 lines scratched into it. It is likely these have been made through wear, or from the plough once the weight was in the ground.
