A cast lead or lead alloy ampulla. In plan it is sub-drop shape with a straight upper edge. The ampulla has also been bent over obliquely at the narrowest point at the neck after it has been ripped along this line. The rip is not recent. The ampulla has a slightly swollen rounded base, and a narrowed neck. Both lower faces of the ampulla are decorated. A complete copper-alloy book clasp of Howsam type A.4.2, and medieval in date. The object is rectangular and flat with a cast front plate and a sheet back plate. It measures 21.19mm in length and 14.21mm in width. The cast front plate has a integral hook projecting from the centre of one end. A complete copper-alloy bar mount with loop, most likely to be of medieval date. Rectangular in shape two parallel plates, each with two corroded iron rivets through them terminal in a loop from which a pendant or other items could have been hung whien the mount was attached to a belt. It measures 30.96mm in length and 7.15mm in width, it is 13.72mm in width across the loop.

A complete copper-alloy terminal from a medieval hinged book-clasp. It measures 38.49mm in length and 19.10mm in width. It is roughly D-shaped or sub-rectangular, and the attachment end has two projecting lugs. Corroded iron remains can be seen around these, and originally an iron hinge bar would have passed through the lugs and the folded end of the sheet plate of the book-clasp, holding the two components together. Incomplete medieval copper alloy annular brooch, missing the tip of its pin. It is 36.4x35mm in diameter (internal hole 25mm diameter), D-shaped in section and flat on the underside. The pin is flat in section. The curved part of the brooch has been drilled with holes 2mm in diameter, one then a pair all the way around so the brooch is symmetrical along the pin line. There is a slight distance of undrilled brooch either side of the constriction for the pin. A cast copper-alloy late Roman 'amphora-shaped' strap end, in the study by Bishop and Coulston (1993, 175, fig 126, no 7), these types are associated with fourth century Dominate belt-furniture.
