EPM Book clasp, bent, rectangular projections at hooked end (broken), decorated with longitudinal lines of varying lengths on body, pierced by Ae rivet. Expanded end (broken) has three notches and is decorated with feather like arrangement of longitudinal and oblique lines pierced by four rivet-holes, one with iron rivet, 39 x (reconstructed) 28mm.

A fragment of a ‘three-lipped’ type copper alloy terret, although the decorative mouldings on the terret ring of this example have only two ‘lips’. The attachment bar, which is broken, was rectangular in section, and flanked on either side with a collared moulding, of which one remains. There would have been three mouldings around the ring, however, with most of the ring missing, only one is visible. This terret is of a common type found in Norfolk, however, this type is not closely datable. A date from the second century BC through to the first century AD seems most…
