A very worn and slightly bent late 13th-century medieval silver halfpenny of Edward I, Blunt Class 3b, struck at Berwick-upon-Tweed mint in c. 1298 AD (probably Withers Type 3; North 1087). This coin has been mistruck and double struck on the reverse and struck off centre on the obverse.
