A copper alloy strap fitting. A slightly irregular ring of copper alloy (probably leaded bronze), possibly used as a junction ring on straps or harness. The ring has a circular cross section which is variable in diameter, possibly as a result of use wear. There are areas of pitting in the surface of the ring, but is is also possible that some of these depressions are decoration, particularly those along the outer edge of the ring.

An incomplete and slightly bent copper alloy Iron Age (400-200 BC) La Tène I type brooch, missing its head and pin and broken just above the bow (old break). It measures 30.39mm in length, 5.41mm in max. width (across the bow), 10.48mm high and weighs 8.33g.
The wire 'neck' is 1.47mm in diameter at the break. Below, the bow is a flattened D-shaped in cross-section, being flat to the reverse with a wide groove flatten the centre of the front (measures max.5.41x3.24mm). The bow has some pitting but is apparently undecorated.

The fragment comprises a cast loop from which a broken bar extends . The loop is relatively plain and also thick; The exterior edge is faceted - as is the internal hole. A cast copper alloy anthropomorphic bucket mount, dating to the late Iron Age and of some rarity. The mount consists of a hollow cast humanoid face, probably male, flanked by two corvids, as identified by the tiny spherical eye. The facial features are depicted in plain detail, including the chin, beneath which the head narrows into the beginnings of a neck before it terminates. A cast copper alloy toggle dating from the late Iron Age to early Roman period (c. 300 BC - c. AD 100). The toggle is symmetrical in form and shaped broadly like a dumb-bell, having a central rounded body that expands slightly from an incised girth-line outwards towards a circular terminal at each end, which again has a circumferential groove before it. 2012 T857 Bedworth hoard 2nd addenda, Warwickshire Report for HM Coroner
Circumstances of discovery: Three gold coins were found whilst metal detecting on arable land near Bedworth in Warwickshire on 19th November 2012. They were found on the same property as a hoard of eleven Iron Age gold coins discovered in 1994 (with an addenda of two gold coins and a fragment (which joined with a fragment from the first find) found in 2011 (2011 T189). The coins were reported to the Portable Antiquities Scheme and brought to the British Museum on 14th December 2012.

An incomplete cast copper-alloy Langton Down bow brooch of Iron Age to Roman date. It is missing the ends of the spring casing, lower half of the bow and foot due to old breaks. The spring casing is cylindrical in form, seemingly undecorated, and with a central rectangular pin slot. Incomplete late Iron Age to early Roman copper alloy Nauheim Derivative or La Tène III brooch. The pin, most of the spring and of the forward-facing hook, and a small part of the upper end of the catchplate missing, but otherwise the object is in fresh condition. the wings are plain. The bow is of hexagonal cross-section, with three faces on the front, chamfered sides and a flat reverse. The front is covered over its whole length with rocker-arm engraving, which also occurs on both faces of the catchplate. Wingspan 16.5mm. Length 53.5mm. 1st century. In use after 75/80 AD.
