Double sided human face, thin pointed oval in both longitudinal and transverse cross-section, there is a rectangular slot which runs through the object from the top of the head towards the chin. Each face has carved out eyebrows and wide open eyes, moulded ears projecting from the side edges of the object and a small triangular moulding representing the nose. The face terminates in a moulded sub-rectangular opening just below the nose, so that the mouth appears to be wide open.
