A silver Russian kopek, of an uncertain ruler dating to the period AD 1500 - 1750. Uncertain reverse. Mint uncertain. The obverse depicts a horse and rider, the reverse has four to five lines of cyrillic. The coin is an oval shape, and has been pieced from the obverse to the reverse.
These coins were struck on a short length of silver wire cut to weight, hence they are often called "wire money". (YORYM-71341B)
