Incomplete Late Iron Age to Early Roman copper alloy Colchester brooch, spring, pin, front facing hook and most of the catchplate missing. The bow, very broad at the top (8.4mm), is decorated with a pair of wavy ribs set in counter-relief with a median groove. Mackreth 2011, C 6.c the Sedgford. Wingspan 17.5mm. Length 51.3mm. c.20 - c.70 AD.
