Fragment of a medieval to post-medieval cast copper alloy cooking vessel, the upper part of a leg, of trapezoidal cross-section and tapering gently to a break. A short round-sectioned projection from the flat top (diameter 8mm, length 6mm) may be a tenon and the leg may be a replacement. Length 56mm. Width and thickness at top 27.5 - 18 and 23mm, at the break 25 - 19 and 11.5mm. Weight 114.9g. 14th - 17th century.
