Incomplete, rectangular medieval copper alloy front sheet plate from a composite buckle or strap end, a concave inside or attachment edge with clear indications in solder of a forked spacer on the reverse, a grooved round aperture between two rivets, and three longitudinal lines of rocker-arm engraving, one median and one along both sides. The outside edge and most of one side are missing. Extant length and width 33.7 and 21mm. Cf. Egan and Pritchard 1991, 322-30 and 653-91.
