Medieval copper alloy oval buckle frame with an offset, narrowed bar and an angled outside edge with a pin notch between two pairs of flanges. Cf. Whitehead 2003, no. 103 and a smaller example from London (Egan and Pritchard 2001, no. 300). Length and width 24.3 and 38.4mm. 14th century.
