A medieval cast copper alloy buckle, now distorted, with a separate plate. The buckle has an oval frame and a thickened ornate outer edge with two short projections and a pin groove between. The plate has four transverse grooves and four domed rivets; two between each pair of grooves. The pin survives partially.
