Grey flint with cortex and thick cream coloured and patchy thick cloudy white patina Core. Sub-triangular core with broad flakes removed by hard hammer strike, followed after a long interval by the removal of long parallel flakes and of broad parallel flakes, the latter possibly rejuvenating the core. These episodes may all fit with in the Neolithic period. Suggested date: Neolithic, 4000-2350 BC.
