Incomplete Roman copper alloy Colchester Derivative Hinged brooch, with the pin and the lower part of the bow missing. There is a groove at the outer end of the wings and an oblique moulding on both sides of the top of the ovoid-sectioned bow. Wingspan 18.5mm. Extant length 12mm. Mackreth 2011, CD H South-Western Ordinary 10.b, a small version of pl. 61 no.2315. c.50 - c.100 AD.
