Incomplete Roman copper alloy enamelled plate brooch of Mackreth 2011, British type 2.b, parts of the edge, most of the catchplate and all of the spring and pin missing. The central concave-sided hexagonal cell is inlaid with yellow enamel and the outer cell with red. The pin lug is single. Diameter 21mm. Second half 2nd century.
