A complete Medieval to Post Medieval cast lead alloy possible weight, dating to c. AD 1250-1800. The weight is square and is decorated on one side with a hollow circle which has a raised cross, creating four quadrants, each of which has a raised pellet. The weight is dark grey in colour. It measures 18.7 mm in length, 18.5 mm wide, 4.9 mm thick, 11.7 g in weight.
This type of simplistic design was distributed widely across a large period of time; therefore, it is difficult to date precisely.
