Rather abraded lead die, a cube with an arrangement of drilled dots conforming to Brown's numbering system Type Aii which came into use in the Roman period and is still used today (Biddle 1990, 692-4). Its provenance suggests that this die is quite likely to be Roman. 13 x 12.6 x 12mm. Weight 20.11g.
